  2. An Extract from the Commercial Register or Articles of Association or Incorporation, if the applicant is a corporate body, duly legalized up to the Sudanese Consulate.
  3. In case of claiming priority, a certified copy of a corresponding home or foreign application of the trademark.

  1. A Deed of Assignment signed by both the Assignor and the Assignee, duly legalized up to the Sudanese Consulate. (Within six months from the executed date)
  2. A Certificate of Incorporation of the assignee, duly legalized up to the Sudanese Consulate.

  1. Certificate of Change of Name and/or Address, duly legalized up to the Sudanese Consulate.
  2. A Power of Attorney, in the new name and/or address, duly notarized

  1. A License Agreement signed by both the Licensor and the Licensee, duly legalized up to the Sudanese Consulate.
